I guess you'll be 3-phase, so you could just install an Efergy-type meter, with extra sensors, depending on the power load, to give you a rough and ready approach (we use this in our boarding houses). We got British Gas Energy 360 to quote for sub meters and it was hugely expensive. Will keep investigating!
