Through the SEE project Cambridgeshire County Council are offering a FREE workshop on business
continuity planning to demonstrate how your company can benefit from being better prepared for events
that may affect the running of your business.
The workshop will be delivered by experienced business continuity advisers and emergency planning
advisors who will provide guidance on how you can prepare to deal with, and recover from, interruptions
to your business activities.
This advice and guidance is available to eligible small and medium size businesses who have no prior
experience or only a limited business continuity plan in place.
Attend this workshop to explore:
- The benefits of understanding business continuity and the process
- Real examples of how other companies have benefited from planning ahead
- How to consider your individual business activities in terms of time critical activities and how to
manage risks
- The essential elements of a plan
All attendees will receive a planning toolkit, along with guidance on how to apply your own information to
it.
