11th Distinguished Lecture Series on Sustainable Development

Seven talks have been confirmed for early Spring 2013 for the 11th Annual Distinguished Lecture Series in Sustainable Development.

For the second year the series has again been organised jointly by the Engineering Department’s Centre for Sustainable Development and the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership.

The Leys School renews Green Flag Eco-Schools status

The Leys School has this week successfully renewed its Green Flag Eco-Schools status. A founding signatory of the CCCC, The Leys is keen to work with local schools to encourage engagement on sustainability issues, particularly with relevance to the CCCC.

Very few schools in Cambridge have signed the CCCC. If anyone reading this has contacts with schools of any size in the Cambridge area, please suggest to them that they sign the CCCC and make contact with The Leys so schools may come…
